The Requirement
Leven Energy Services often undertake numerous contracts during the day. Plant location was a major issue for them. Keeping track of the plant and equipment in over forty small gangs became a nightmare.
Stolen and damaged plant was also another issue for Leven. It was apparent that the whole process of plant and equipment management was not being managed correctly and information regarding job costs was inaccurate and time consuming.

Leven contacted Joyce Software for a demonstration and were so impressed by our product requested a three user system at the initial consultation and demonstration.
The history and transfer features of the software helped Leven to determine plant locations and job costs with a press of a button for any number of jogs during the day or week. Any damage could be tracked back to a specific job and charged back to the gang.
The whole process from initial contact had taken just three weeks.
